We recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars). Also please make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. When this happens please go to PokerTracker -> Apps -> Ignition Hand Grabber -> Status. As you are playing on PokerStars then your PokerStars lobby should be in English (Settings -> Global -> Language -> English). PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and poker table graphics such as the 'Fold' button all need to be in English. What site are you playing at If PT3 is missing hands there are two possibilities. The most common cause of that is not running your poker site software in English.
